A minor scuffle broke out between the presiding officer and supporters of a candidate over the placement of a polling agent at Khairwar in the Dausa Lok Sabha seat where Sachin Pilot, son of late Congress leader Rajesh Pilot, is contesting. Trouble began when the supporters of a political party objected to the placement of a polling agent at the booth. Supporters gathered at the booth and a minor scuffle broke out between them and polling officials. Police intervened to prevent disruption of polls. Around 55 per cent of the electorate cast their votes.
