It8217;s evident that Music Matters to the British Council. Because that is what they have called their quot;festival of contemporary multi-cultural music from Britainquot;. Kicking off with DJ Billy Biznizz, a range of recorded music from the UK club scene, including hip-hop, drum base and house music will be aired. A deejay with one of London8217;s best-known rap groups in the 8217;80s, London Posse, Billy Biznizz formed a group EN4CERS, with DJ Pogo and Swift, which won the 1999 DMC Team Championship. He is here in Mumbai with his version of millennium mixing.
