PANCHKULA, JUNE 15: A 64-year-old swami, Rakhal Chandra Paramhans, has installed a sophisticated double telescope for astronomers in the Industrial Area here. It required a year8217;s effort to install the telescopes 8212; a 200 mm-diameter F18 Cassegrain System from Chennai and a US-made 200 mm-diameter F10 Schmidt Cassegrain System 8212; under a dome 13-foot high and 11.5-foot in diameter.
