India will convey its disappointment to Beijing on its behaviour at the NSG meet when Chinese Foreign minister Yang Jiechi comes to India on Sunday, National Security Adviser NSA M K Narayanan said on Saturday. 8220;We will of course express some kind of disappointment8230; saying we expected more from them,8221; he told a television channel. 8220;We were a little surprised about China,8221; he said pointing out that Chinese President Hu Jintao and Prime Minister Wen Jiabao had told Prime Minister Manmohan Singh that they would never be a part of the problem and never create difficulties for India. However, Narayanan said 8220;we are not a one issue government8221; and just because China did not support India 8220;we are not going to have problems with them8221;. 8220;We cannot choose our neighbours. We have China and Pakistan as neighbours and with both of them we desire to have the best of relations,8221; he said.
