No permission sought for varsity function: V-C

CSA Agriculture University Vice-Chancellor V K Suri has said he cancelled Rahul8217;s interaction with students at Lal Bahadur Shastri Farmer Auditorium on the campus as he was not formally asked for permission to hold the event. In a letter to the Agriculture Production Commissioner, the V-C said the SPG Director had sent a communication stating Rahul would visit the university, and later some SPG men met him on October 22, discussed the matter, inspected the auditorium and found it suitable for the event.
