New Registrar at Parmar Varsity

Baldev Thakur, a Himachal Administrative Services HAS officer, has joined as the new Registrar of Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni. The post had been vacant since Rajeshwar Goel was transferred as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Manali, in the last week of October.

Thakur was earlier serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh Development Authority.
