New Delhi, May 11: The National Commission for Women NCW has chalked out a strategy to take forward its programme of political empowerment of women in the country. The strategy, decided in a meeting with other women8217;s organisations yesterday, includes launching of a campaign to spread awareness among women voters to enable them to realise the power of their vote, a release said today.
