CHANDIGARH, July 12: Navin Jain edged out Nitin by half-a-point to win the title in the Chandigarh state under-18 chess tournament which concluded at St Xavier’s School, Sector 44 premises here today. Navin scored 6.5 point at the end of the seventh round while Nitin got 6 point followed closely by Kanwar Sandeep Singh who had 5.5 point.
