NEW DELHI, FEBRUARY 12: Reacting to the report in The Indian Express on Friday that his name was included in the shortlist for membership of the proposed Constitution review committee, senior advocate Fali Nariman has said: 8220;It is not, nor do I desire to be included in any quot;reviewquot; commission appointed by the government. My firm view is that the Constitution is different from the government of the day, and a review,8217; if at all necessary, must be discussed and decided upon by a resolution of one or other of the houses of Parliament.8221;
