MUMBAI, Nov 17: Sachin Tendulkar will lead the 15-member Mumbai team in their season-opening West Zone Ranji Trophy match against Gujarat at the Wankhede Stadium here.

Vinod Kambli, who has been declared fit to play his first competitive match since April when he suffered a nasty ankle injury, will be Tendulkar8217;s deputy.

The one-day fixture is to be played on November 22 and will be followed by the four-day match from November 23.

The team: Sachin Tendulkar capt, Vinod Kambli vice-capt, Wasim Jaffer, Amol Muzumdar, Praveen Amre, Jatin Paranjpe, Sameer Dighe, Sulakshan Kulkarni, Abey Kuruvilla, Paras Mhambrey, Santosh Saxena, Rajesh Pawar, Rajesh Sutar, Manoj Joglekar, Ajit Agarkar.
