NAB8217;s health care directory

The National Association for the Blind proposes to compile a health care directory for the blind in Mumbai. Readers are requested to send information like names and addresses of prominent medical trusts, foundations and agencies which provide finacial assistance for health care. Details are to be sent to Pravin Dandia, Director Client Services, NABIndia, 11-Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan Marg, Worli Sea face. Call on 493 5365, 492 2539.

Defence Services exams results n THE results of the Combined Defence Services Examination held by the Union Public Service Commission in May, 1997 and interviews held by the Services Selection Board for admission to the Officers8217; Training Academy, Madras for the 67th Short Service Commission course commencing in May, 1998, have been declared. Capt C P Nair celebrates 75 yrs

Mayor Nandu Satam presidedover the platinum jubilee celebrations of Captain C P Krishnan Nair, chairman of Hotel Leela Venture Limited on May 1. The function was organised by the People8217;s Art Centre. The invitees included Malayalam actor Mammooty, singer Yesudas and Sunil Dutt.
