TYBSC results today

Mumbai University will declare the TYBSc results on Monday, Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr Naresh Chandra informed. Principals of colleges in Thane, Raigad and Mumbai districts have been asked to send their representatives to the Examination House at the varsity8217;s Kalina campus with authority letters between 3 pm and 5 pm to collect the results of their colleges.

Borivli bank robbery foiled

A bank robbery was foiled here late Saturday by the siren which started ringing continuously after the robbers broke open the front door. At 2 am, the main police control room received a message that the siren in Borivli east branch of Andhra Bank was continuously ringing. On receiving the message wireless jeeps and police personnel of the Kasturba Road police station rushed to the scene. It was found that the front door was broke open and the branch officials were called to inspect the premises. On the first floor gallery, knife, screwdriver and a saw was found. Police have lodged a caseof attempt of housebreaking.
