CHANDIGARH, May 26: Morepen Laboratories Limited has recommended a dividend of 25 per cent to its shareholders for the year ended March 1998.The results and the dividend were approved at a meeting of its board of directors here today, where the company's new plans were also discussed.It was felt that the company's EPS of Rs 15 for the year was less than that projected due to the delay in the implementation of its new project.The company hopes to further improve its performance during the current year, with the new project having already commissioned. Morepen Laboratories Limited has, meanwhile, entered the US market.
