Kept on hold for too long by the BJP for a final word on the alliance, the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) on Saturday hung up, saying it would go alone in the polls. ‘‘The INLD will fight independently in Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Our Haryana state unit has already been demanding this for sometime and we have decided to go it alone,’’ Ajay Chautala, son of Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, said. The BJP’s Haryana unit, which is up in arms against Chautala, has told the party high command to let the INLD go its way.
