
Succulent Sushi
The Sushi and Tempura festival at Le Meridien held at the Entresol Bar promises to be a culinary delight. Between November 3 and 9 from 7pm to 11.30 pm, the highlight will be the appetizer platter that will have Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp and Scallop Sushi. Exotic dishes such as vinegar rice roll stuffed with avocado and crab roe will be on offer alongside traditional fare like the ever-popular Japanese sticky rice, prawn and seafood tempura and for vegetarians a paneer tempura. One can wash it all down with Choya Sake while enjoying live music by the two piece band, Billy and Eliza.
