Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati has written to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh demanding inclusion of Lonia, Nonia and Lonia-Chauhan castes in the Schedule Caste category. She has also demanded appropriate amendment in the Constitution for the same so that these caste could get the benefit of reservation
