New Delhi, June 2: It was yet another smooth day for seeded players in the ITF Men8217;s Satellite tennis Circuit today. The top four seeds 8212; Artem Derepasko, Prahlad Srinath, Syed Fazaluddin and Harsh Mankad 8212; and sixth-seeded Vinod Sridhar 8212; advanced to the quarter-finals.

Sridhar fought back against Anand Radhakrishnan, winning 6-7 5, 6-2, 6-2.

Men8217;s singles pre-quarterfinals: Minh Le US bt Steven Bourke Aus 6-3, 7-6 3; Anton Kokurin Uzb bt Vasudeva Reddy Ind conceded; Andrei Youznyi Rus bt Mustafa Ghouse Ind 1-6, 6-3, 6-7 7.

Radhika topples Karishma

BANGALORE: Fifth seed Radhika Tulpule of Maharashtra shocked top seed Karishma Patel of Gujarat 6-3, 6-3 to storm into the semi-finals of the AITA-Safal Karnataka State Open Women8217;s tennis championships.

In the other quarter-finals, Tara Kanbargimath Kar beat Sandhya Kanury TN 7-6 7-3, 6-1, Sheetal Goutham Kar won over T Yamini TN 6-4, 6-3 and Liza Pereira Mah defeated T Sricharanya TN 6-2,6-2.
