Over 30 organisations spearheading the agitation in Manipur over the custodial death of Manorama Devi have set a 8216;8216;deadline8217;8217; for the government to withdraw the Armed Forces Special Powers Act by 3 pm on Friday. Sources said the demonstrators would defy the prohibitory orders and court arrest if their demand was not met.
