PUNE, Oct 12: Sadashiv Eknath Parkale 35 of Indapur was killed on the spot when a thunderbolt struck him on the road linking Indapur town with Ganeshwadi Bavda village last afternoon.
Sadashiv, who was going to Survad village from Indapur, had taken shelter under a tree to save himself from getting wet when the incident took place, Indapur police said.
