NEW DELHI, July 10: The body of a spectacles manufacturer was found on Thursday morning in his house with his genitals cut off. DCP north-west Satyendra Garg said on Thursday that Kishen Lal, a resident of sector 17 in Rohini was an alcoholic. DCP Garg quoting Lal8217;s wife said that on Wednesday night he returned home drunk and went off to sleep immediately.
8220;She said when she tried could not revive him, she called the neighbours. They noticed a minor injury on his head and was bleeding from waist below,8221; he said. They found that his genitals had been cut off. DCP Garg said Sunita denied all knowledge about this.
