CHANDIGARH, Sept 5: Returning Officer for Chandigarh seat, M. Ramsekhar said while Maloya recorded a highest polling turnout of 75 per cent, Kajheri recorded the lowest voting turnout of 19.88 per cent. Cases of some EVMs getting out of order were also reported, but the defective machines were replaced immediately.
