MA Music practical exams

PUNE, May 11: Centre For Performing Arts, Pune University, will organise the practical examination of M.A. Part I and II music from May 18 to 21 at the university8217;s hall, daily from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The vocal and instrumental performances of the candidates will be open to the public. Entry passes for the performance will be available at the venue an hour before the programme.

The students, receiving training in vocal, tabla, harmonium and sitar, have been trained by star performers like Jitendra Abhisheki, Vikas Kashalkar, Dr. Veena Sahasrabuddhe, Alarkhan, Ramdas Palsule, Sudhir Phadke, Appa Jalgaonkar and Manohar Chimote.
