Lost in translation?

Another key Congressman in Nancy Pelosi8217;s delegation who attracted quite a bit of attention was Edward Markey, among the prominent opponents of the Indo-US nuclear deal. His concerns, he says, stem from the 8220;damage8221; the deal causes to the global non-proliferation architecture. On being told that the only other section that matched him in spirit when it came to blocking the deal were the Left parties in India, he remarked that he found the Communists 8220;strange bedfellows8221; and went on to add: 8220;I find the Hyde Act weak, they the Communists find it strong. Something, somewhere must be terribly wrong8221;.
