After days of hectic political activity, HRD Minister Arjun Singh chose to describe himself as a 8220;non political8221; person at the state education ministers8217; meet held this week. He, however, could not stop being political. So when Sikkim8217;s education department officials listed their demand with the minister saying the small state with just two MPs had a small wishlist, Arjun Singh promptly thanked the two MPs from Sikkim for voting with the Government. As for the demands, they are being suitably addressed.
