
The photojournalist with a vernacular daily and some of his associates, who had complained against Saif Ali Khan, are in trouble. The Railway Protection Force has registered a case against them for stopping a train at Patiala railway station on September 29.
No arrests have been made so far, as the RPF is awaiting orders from senior officials. An FIR has been registered against Pawan Kumar and others under section 174 of the Railway Act, but cops were earlier treading cautiously and wanted the controversy to be over before they could arrest the accused.
Notably, on September 28, crew members of Saif8217;s production house allegedly thrashed a photographer. The matter was later resolved when Saif tendered an apology, but before that some people stopped the Dadar Express.
In charge of Patiala RPF Dhanna Singh said, 8220;We will arrest the accused on getting orders from seniors.8221;
