ROHTAK, Oct 4: No clue has been found so far about Sant Lal, who was kidnapped on October 1 from Jhajjar, about 40 km from here. The police have so far failed to identify the kidnappers.

HPCC presdent Bhupinder Singh Hooda expressed his concern over the incident and demanded immediate arrest of culprits .involved in the incident. He further added that the law and order situation in the state had collapsed.

He visited visited Sant Lal8217;s house in Jhajjar and expressed his concern over the administration8217;s delay in tracing the victim.

Police sources, however, said that they were uncertain whether Sant Lal8217;s kidnappers were within the district or had crossed over to some neighbouring state.

It is believed that the kidnappers may have escaped to Delhi or Western UP, sources said.

The police, however, denied any delay on their part in flashing information about the incident.
