THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, April 17: Kerala is to set up a State Open School on the lines of the National Open School, after the delinking of the pre-degree course. The de-linking is expected to be over in three years. The Plus-Two courses would have the same number of seats as the Pre-degree courses now have.
