Kashmir Valley still cut off

SRINAGAR, JANUARY 14: Kashmir valley remained cut off from rest of the country for the third consecutive day on Friday as there was no let up in snow with the avalanche forecasting centre here warning of fresh snow-slide in high altitude areas. The snowfall had posed a threat of snow avalanches in the upper reaches of Kashmir Valley.
