Kansal suspended, faces chargesheet

CHANDIGARH, March 5: The Chandigarh Administration would serve a charge-sheet on suspended UT Assistant Sales Tax Commissioner S.P. Kansal in a day or two, following which a regular enquiry against him likely to be initiated.

Kansal was suspended yesterday and the charge of the UT Sales Tax department was given to Shingara Singh, also the Assistant Sales Tax Commissioner in the UT Excise department till further orders.
