A jeweller Satya Narayan Prasad was kidnapped by unidentified armed criminals near Goraipur village under Avtar Nagar police station of Bihar8217;s Saran district last night, triggering widespread protest by locals today.

Prasad was abducted while he was going to Dighbara from Chapra for some business work, SP Ganesh Kumar said.
