Indian pro Jeev Milkha Singh was on 8-over overall after 16 holes in his second round and four shots off the projected cut. The Chandigarh golfer was going better today than his disastrous first round yesterday 8212; with two birdies and two bogeys on the first nine 8212; before a double bogey on the par-four 10th put a spanner in the wheels. That was followed by a birdie on the 11th, but two straight bogeys right after brought him to 3-over. A birdie on the 14th got his card to two-over for the day for 16 holes, but in tied 108th place with 12 others, Jeev has barely any hopes of making it to the weekend rounds.
