NEW DELHI, FEBRUARY : Jeev Milkha Singh of India failed to make the cut the two million dollar (1.28 million US) Greg Norman International golf tournament in Sydney. The Indian who cared a four-over 77 on the par 73 course, brought home a par card for the second round. But it was not enough as the cut was applied at par 146.
Greg Norman will be a frustrated onlooker at his own party this weekend as he missed the cut. For the second year running, Norman was dumped out at the Lakes at the halfway stage after failing to get to grips with the challenging par-73 course. Norman carded 76 and 75 to stumble out. Others missing the cut included Australasian Tour Order of Merit leader Michael Campbell, who has won his last two events, and Ireland’s Padraig Harrington.
