Off-spinner Asim Gupta took five wickets and Vikram Dhariwal hit an impressive half-century as India beat Kenya for a third-place finish in the U-19 Commonwealth cricket championship at Nahar Singh stadium in Faridabad today.

India restricted Kenya to 133 in 40.3 overs and then reached the target in 32.1 overs losing five wickets in the process.

Dhariwal showed remarkable composure for his 54 9215;4, 60b. Akashdeep 25 and Rahul Parmar 22 remained unbeaten as India romped home.

Asim Gupta was adjudged 8216;man of the match8217;.
