CHENNAI, Nov 30: Transparency International, an NGO, with a missio to expose and curb corruption has evaluated India at 2.75 out of 10 (zero being most corrupt and 10 the least corrupt country). Each country is ranked based only on th perceptions of business people participating in the surveys, on a scale of one to 10. A perfect 10 would indicate a totally corruption -free country.
