RANCHI, NOV 9: Independent MLA from Bokaro, Samresh Singh, on Thursday, ruled out his support to JMM chief Sibu Soren to help him form a government in Jharkhand, saying the JMM, by aligning with the RJD, had proved that it was an anti-Jharkhand party.

Without clearly stating that he will go with the NDA, Singh said he would support 8220;that government in Jharkhand which rules the new state in accordance with the blueprint of its development8221;, prepared by his newly-floated outfit, Jharkhand Vananchal Congress.8217;
He said the development strategy, prepared by his organisaiton, would be submitted to the first chief minister of Jharkhand by a nine-member committee, headed by Kashinath Shahdeo.
