
Tell us about your daily diet?
I eat a heavy breakfast8212;cornflakes, three-four egg whites, milk or juice, two slices of brown bread and sprouts. Lunch is mostly fish, dal, sabzi and rice or roti. I have a protein shake before I work out. Dinner is almost the same. If I8217;m going out for dinner, I eat Thai, Italian or Chinese.nbsp;
What8217;s your exercise routine?
I exercise every day. I prefer a lean frame and don8217;t work out for more than 45 minutes daily. One should not work out more than that.nbsp;
Is there something you binge on?
I love anything sweet. I8217;m not that fond of junk food.nbsp;

Thai and Italian.nbsp;
What would you do if you had to lose weight or put on weight in a hurry?
I would eat a lot if I had to put on weight but I would take my time to lose it. I don8217;t believe in over-exercising.nbsp;
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have never tried to stay on a fixed diet.nbsp;
What is your idea of health?
It cannot be rushed. It8217;s important to be physically fit, but you have to work your way to reach there. Otherwise, you wont be fit, you will just be thin and lethargic.
