
Tell us about your daily diet
I am quite a foodie. Recently, I8217;d put on a lot of weight. So, to get back in shape I have started skipping my breakfast. Lunch is usually three to four chapattis with dal and chicken or mutton. Anything goes for the evening break. I never dine at home.
What8217;s your exercise routine?
I jog for almost two kilometers and lift lightweights.

Misal-Pav.
Is there anything you binge on?
Fruit-n-nut chocolate.
What do you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
To lose I would just starve myself. And gaining weight is never an issue.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Every third day.
What is your idea of health?
Do what you think in life and do not pay heed to what others have to say.
