‘I start my day with half a cup of black coffee’

I start my mornings with half a cup of black coffee followed by fresh lime with honey.

Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my mornings with half a cup of black coffee followed by fresh lime with honey. For breakfast I eat fruits or brown toast. At around 11.30 I have a bowl of fruit with green tea. I have my lunch at 1.30, which is usually rice, dal, curd and two sabzis. In the evening I have a brown bread sandwich with fruit. Dinner is the same as lunch.

What’s your fitness routine?
I work out six times a week. I prefer power yoga in the morning and cardio and weight training in the evening.

Is there anything you binge on?
I love anything sweet. I also sometimes binge on a glass of white wine.

What’s your favourite cuisine?
Thai and Italian.
What do you do if you have to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I have a good metabolism so I never have to worry about losing weight and why would I want to put on weight? I’m happy with the way I am.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I usually stick to it.
What’s your idea of health?
To feel good about yourself.
