Tell us about your daily diet.
In the morning, I have pears and apples with a hot chocolate drink. I also like pohanbsp;for breakfast. For lunch,I start withnbsp;beetroot or carrot juicenbsp;and then I have brown rice, dal withnbsp;2-3 vegetables and yogurt. Dinner is pastanbsp;or paneer. For snacks, I opt for dry bhel.nbsp;

What is tour exercise routine?
I practice yoga for annbsp;hour-and-a-halfnbsp;each morning. I also take a walk whenever I can.
Is there anything that you binge upon?
Chocolates.nbsp;I simply cannot resist them.nbsp;

What is your favourite cuisine?
Japanese. I also like Thai and Chinese. I8217;m not a fussy eater.
What would you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I don8217;t believe in short-cuts. Since I was very skinny, it did take me a while to gain weight,nbsp;which I did with naturopathy. But to lose weight, discipline is the only key.nbsp;

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I don8217;t believe in a fad diets.nbsp;They are utter failures. So, I don8217;t follow any prescribed diet.nbsp;

What is your idea of perfect health?
To be healthy, one needs to eat everything in limited portions.nbsp;I feel that people should stop fretting about their weight; everybody has an internal system that keeps a check on one8217;s shape and size.
