Tell us about your daily diet
Breakfast is usually boiled or fried eggs. Lunch is simple8212; rice, curry- fish or chicken with vegetables. Dinner is mostlly meat8212; chicken tikka or fish. I avoid eating rice in the night as it is heavy.
What is your exercise routine?
I do Pilates twice a week and hit the gym thrice a week. The amount of time I spend at the gym varies according to what exercise regimen I follow for that particular day.
Is there anything you binge on?
Cheese.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Chinese and Mughlai kebabs.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
My weight always fluctuates, so to lose it in a hurry, I cut down on rice and sweets. I haven8217;t ever really tried to put on weight as it happens on its own.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have given up on dieting and don8217;t believe in it anymore.
What is your idea of health?
Eat whatever you want but at the same time work out regularly.
