Tell us about your daily diet.
The heaviest meal is breakfast which is mostly milk, toast, fruits, yoghurt or ham sandwich. I eat as much as I can in the morning. Before lunch, which is steak or chicken or fish or vegetables or pasta, I take fruit. Dinner is light, usually soup or salad.

What is your exercise routine?
I haven8217;t hit the gym for over a year. I am too lazy for that. I keep fit by dancing which makes me sweat a lot. Of late, I8217;ve been taking two-hour Kathak classes daily and they8217;ve been a big help to keep me in shape.

Is there anything you binge on?
Breads. I can live a whole day in a bakery.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Chinese and of course, Brazilian.

What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I don8217;t think I8217;d ever want to put on weight, in hurry or otherwise. For losing though, I8217;ll cut on carbs.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Quite a few, because I could be really lazy at times.
What is your idea of health?
It8217;s all food.
