MUMBAI, JANUARY 15: The awards for HR excellence were announced on the inaugural day of the three-day Asia Pacific HR conference recently. Sodoexho Pass HR Roll of Honour for CEO of the year was conferred on Rajendra Pawar of NIIT and Life Time Achievement award on J J Irani of Tata Steel. HR professionals from all over India had forwarded their nominations for the above category, which was then judged by a panel of experts. HR Professional8217; of the year award was conferred on Prem Kamath of HLL and Organisation with most innovative HR practices8217; was shared by Lamp;T, Air Tel, BPCL and Hughes Software. XLRI bagged the best HR management institute award.
