Your sister Shilpa Shetty is said to have the industry8217;s best bod. It must be hard to live up to that.
Shilpa8217;s frame is totally different8212;she has a voluptuous Indian figure, while mine is more aerobic. And no one has compared us yet.

DIET
My day starts with two glasses of hot water and a bowl of papaya. Then, I eat wholewheat toast and an omelette made from two or three egg whites with tea. Lunch is simple8212;chapattis, bhaji, dal and protein in the form of chicken, fish or tofu. I tend to avoid carbs at the end of the day, so dinner includes lots of vegetables, dal and a chicken dish. I set aside one day to binge on junk food.

EXERCISE
I have stopped exercising of late because I have been unwell. I used to work out six days a week8212;three days of cardio and three days of weights. I don8217;t use weights for my upper body, but I need to train my legs with very heavy weights. I also practise yoga thrice a week. And exercising is not a pain8212;I love it.

PROBLEM AREAS
My legs tend to lose weight easily and that makes them look extremely skinny.
