
You8217;ve just been named brand ambassador for a popular skin lightening brand. Is fairer better?
Not at all. People are beautiful irrespective of the colour of their complexion. There is a huge demand for skin lightening products, so I would rather people use a responsible product than one that is harmful.
DIET: Coffee is a must first thing in the morning, and seasonal fruits are what I eat for breakfast. I eat a lot of fresh vegetables and salads for lunch and dinner, and minimise my carb intake. I get proteins in the form of eggs, fish and chicken. One thing I just can8217;t stop eating is papaya. And I8217;ve never eaten mango8212;the smell is just too sweet.
EXERCISE: I work out religiously, sometimes for weeks, and then don8217;t go to the gym for 10 days. But I try to exercise four days a week. I have a small frame, so no high intensity weights for me. I do cardio to warm up and a lot of stretches and ab exercises. I hate working out in the gym. I love playing sports such as tennis and basketball, but don8217;t get the chance very often.
PROBLEM AREAS: I tend to lack energy in this weather. I feel like lazing at home and eating.
