DIET
I eat like a maniac and have six meals every day. I don8217;t eat meat, but have fish daily. Breakfast consists of eggs, toast, fruit, juice and cheese. I don8217;t eat dal or roti, so lunch is rice and fish. Most of my other meals are similar. I also have lots of mithai, milk and chocolate two Mars bars every day but no aerated drinks. I8217;m not too fond of Indian food. I love things like bread and butter.

EXERCISE
I do absolutely no exercise. I have great genes. I sometimes swim, play golf and shoot, but that8217;s because I love sports and not to stay fit. But I don8217;t do them often enough to make any sort of impact on my body.
