DIET: I DON’T follow a regular diet, but I stay away from fatty foods. I indulge in chocolates and pastries sometimes. I have a heavy breakfast—eggs, cereal or idlis. Lunch is an irregular meal—if I’m out I eat something light, at home, I eat dal and rice. During the day I keep nibbling on fruits and biscuits. Dinner is light. It’s usually vegetables, fish and rotis.

EXERCISE: I’VE never worked out except when I was training for a beauty contest. I go for a walk sometimes. My work is strenuous and provides enough exercise. I’m lucky to be genetically slim.

PROBLEM AREAS: Because of Indian food habits, I tend to put on weight on my waist. Due to my back problem, I can’t do crunches. Instead, I go for walks.
