For me, fitness stems from thefootball ground; it is here that I workout all seven days of the week.And I do this with my teammates.Also, if the entire team is fit, then Itoo am fit.

As a footballer, I need speed, agility,energy and a sharp eyesight. So Imake sure the carbohydrate contentof my food is high. I avoid anythingthat is fried, or food that contains toomuch fat. For me, supper is religiouslyat 7.30 pm.
What is your favourite food?
I am not fussy about food at all. Ihave to eat well to performbetter. ButI do avoid meals with too manycalories. Having said that I binge onmomos, and I freak out onpasta8230;incidentally the only thingthat I can cook decently!

Intake of diet supplements makes mybody injuries heal faster. My trainerfrom England always stressed on theimportance of supplements likecreatin.

Being from the hills, it8217;s natural that Ihave some added abilities. I am moreflexible and have better reflexes. Butthen I have to work hard to maintainthese mountain boy qualities that Ipossess.

If I am fitter than others, it8217;s onlybecause I work at maintaining myfitness. In my game, the harder I trybettering my speed and reflexes, thefaster I am able to respond.
