diet: I HAVE a simple daily diet. I don8217;t avoid any particular food, and I refrain from eating out often. Breakfast is essential, so my day begins with a large meal. For lunch and dinner, I stick to basic Indian food like dal, chapati, sabzi and rice. But my secret is not eating out. If I can8217;t help it, I eat a bit from home and then go.
| nbsp; | Did you have a special regime for your forthcoming film Viruddh? My personal trainer and I worked out a small change in my daily meal according to the fitness regime I needed to follow. This was simply to maintain a certain body weight. I never make drastic changes. |
exercise: I8217;M NOT a gym freak, but I try and go to the gym at least two or three times a week. My workout is not very rigorous, and it8217;s always balanced, with both cardiovascular exercises and weight training.
problem areas: I believe that my whole body is a problem area. I always keep that in mind when I8217;m working out and make sure everything is exercised in equal proportions.
