Diet I TRY to eat as much protein as possible, less carbs and minimum fat. I usually have a large breakfast8212;two glasses of water and badams, then a mixed vegetable and fruit juice. After that comes porridge and eggs boiled or scrambled and some cold coffee. Lunch is the usual dal, roti, sabzi and chicken. I don8217;t snack much and eat fruits when I get hungry. Dinner is light8212;toast and soup with mushrooms, shredded chicken or vegetables. I like to drink a glass of milk before I sleep.

Exercise I train for about 40 minutes, thrice a week. I do a lot of cardio, like running, as well as freehand exercises, stretches and squats. I prefer these exercises to weights which I use for my biceps, shoulders and back. Of late, I8217;ve also started doing yoga.

Problem areas I TEND to put on weight on my hips. Squats and running on the treadmill helps.
