Are you and Priti Jhangiani a couple? You walk into every event hand-in-hand.
Oh God. Please don8217;t tell me everyone thinks that Priti and I are having a relationship laughs. I love hanging around with her, our tastes match, and we have some good times together. She8217;s such a great girl.
DIET: I start my day with a glass of warm water with lime and honey, after which I down a huge mug of tea. I am not a breakfast person at all, unless I have a very early day. Then I munch on an apple or some toast with jam.
Lunch is huge, with at least three different vegetables, bajre ki roti, dal, dahi and salad. I have to end my meal with something sweet, maybe rasgullas or meetha paan.
In the evening, I eat some poha or sabudana or some tea and biscuits. I eat some fish or chicken for dinner, and keep it light. I sip on water throughout the day.
EXERCISE: I work out at the gym five days a week. I spend an hour doing weights and cardio. When shooting outdoors, I make it a point to frequent the hotel gym.
I have a trainer who takes me through the motions, but when I8217;m out of town, I manage on my own.
Given a choice, I wouldn8217;t make so much effort. I8217;ve always managed to stay in shape. But I have no choice8212;my profession demands it.
PROBLEM AREAS: My cheeks. I easily gain weight on my face, and jog to keep the flab off.
